Mission Pledge and Terms of Use

Our mission is spread kindness, foster goodwill and our mission is to empower, educate, and encourage individuals to cultivate kindness and connection in their communities by growing and giving flowers.

When you join our team as a Growing Kindness Team Member, you're going to change the world with kindness! To uphold the integrity of our mission, we ask that you agree that you will: 

  • Give flowers to others, FREE of any charge or expectation. 

  • Help promote the mission of Growing Kindness by sharing the mission of the project with your community and/or by sharing pictures, posts or stories on social media using the hashtag #growingkindness and/or telling friends, family or colleagues about the mission. 

2.    As a Growing Kindness Team Member, we ask that you will not: 

  • Charge or solicit donations for the flowers you share. The heart of the project is to give freely. Flower farmers and florists, please be sure it’s clear to your customers and clients that you are in no way charging for the flowers you donate in your community as a part of the project.
  • Promote business sales by marketing any merchandise with the trademarked phrase “Growing Kindness.” For example, selling bouquets as “Growing Kindness Bouquets.”

  • Sell any materials gifted to you by the Growing Kindness Project and/or use materials for promotional giveaways on personal or business social media pages, unless approved by the GK team.

  • Copy and redistribute content, in part or full, published by the Growing Kindness Project.

  • Use the Growing Kindness Project as a platform to promote your business and/or special interest.

**By enrolling in a membership, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the standards of mission. 

Terms of Service for Membership

  1. Membership Payment:

    • The membership costs vary by membership type. Can be paid annually or may be paid in 12 monthly installments.
    • Payment is due at the time of enrollment unless you have been awarded a scholarship.
  2. Membership Duration:

    • Your membership begins on the day of enrollment and continues for one year from that date.
    • Renewal options will be available at the end of the membership period.
  3. Cancellation and Refunds:

    • You may cancel your membership and receive a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at [email protected].
    • After 14 days, membership fees are non-refundable.
  4. Community Guidelines:

    • Team members are expected to adhere to our community guidelines, including respectful behavior towards others and avoiding plagiarism of Growing Kindness materials.
    • Bullying or plagiarizing Growing Kindness materials may result in removal from the community and termination of membership.
  5. Privacy and Data Security:

    • We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

**By enrolling in the Growing Kindness Project, you acknowledge that you understand that if you violate any of these terms, you will be removed from the Growing Kindness community and ineligible to register or apply in the future.
